AF PO4 Boost is a professional supplement of easily absorbable phosphorus designed for aquatic plants. Phosphorus is an essential part of phospholipids and nucleic acids and plays a crucial role in cell energy processes.
Plants' demand for phosphorus increases significantly in highly illuminated, CO2-fertilised aquariums. Regular use of AF PO4 Boost helps prevent deficiencies, which can slow growth and cause browning and decay of leaf tips.
Regular use of AF PO4 Boost helps supplement the deficiency of this valuable macroelement in water and yields healthy, luxuriant leaf development later in growth.
The recommended level of phosphate in the aquarium is 0.5-1.5 mg/l.
HOW TO USE:
10 ml AF PO4 Boost dissolved in 100 liters of water raises the phosphate level by 0.4 mg / l. Recommended parallel use with AF Micro, AF N Boost, and AF K Boost. Absorbents such as zeolite and/or carbon may reduce effectiveness of the formula. The phosphate level should be under control. Its excess may result in growth of algae, especially the red algae. Only for aquatic purposes. Protect from sunlight. Keep at room temperature in a tightly closed container, keep out of reach of children.
1 ml in 10 l of aquarium water will raise levels:
- PO4 Phosphate 0,4 mg/l (ppm)
- K Potassium 0,72 mg/l (ppm)
- Mg Magnesium 0,9 mg/l (ppm)
