Bio S is a specialized formula created for the quick and effective elimination of ammonia and nitrogen compounds from the aquarium. It contains specially selected bacterial strains that create a perfect environment for the replication of Nitrospirae and Nitrobacteraceae bacteria, which are responsible for the nitrogen cycle.
Accelerate the nitrification process
In the nitrification process, bacteria remove compounds, such as ammonia and nitrite, from the water. Bio S is recommended to start and accelerate the nitrification process, especially in the first days after setting up a new aquarium.
Bio S is also perfect for settling filtration media in newly established aquariums. In mature aquariums, it accelerates the decomposition of food residues, other organic compounds, and sediments. It improves water clarity and promotes cleaning of the substrate. Bio S can also be used in tanks with probiotic bacteria-based filtration systems.
Dosage:
1 drop per 100 l of water every day for the first 2 weeks.
In the functioning aquariums, Bio S should be used after water changes.
